Of this expansive space, 310,000 square feet are thoughtfully allocated to foster groundbreaking research and efficient office operations, while an additional 19,000 square feet are dedicated to an array of upscale amenities.

To illuminate this extraordinary space, Lumos proudly installed 155 precision-engineered lighting fixtures, meticulously connected by 1,000 feet of custom conduit. Products: Over 1,000 feet of formed conduit. 6” diameter puck lights, 4” and 10” heights. 3” diameter acrylic cylinders at 36” lengths with black aluminum back box housings for the drivers/ wires.
