Northeastern University EXP
Come see over a mile worth of curved linear in the new 350,000 square-foot state-of-the-art research center at Northeastern University called EXP. EXP will be the second science building enhancing Northeastern’s commitment to creating a globally networked ecosystem for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
180 Third Street
329,000 square foot life sciences building with plentiful office and lab space. 310,000 sq ft is laboratory space and office space with 19,000 square feet of amenities. Amenities include a food hall, outdoor roof deck, wellness center with indoor basketball court, coworking spaces, and covered parking.
Eventide
Transformed into a full-service restaurant with a full bar, Eventide needed a makeover and Lumos was here to help light it up with our soft glowing sphere to add a distinct elegance to their space.
Ellen M. Bozman Government Center
The renovated reimagined Bozman Center is a beautiful building with a new glow to it. From the main lobby and Library area on the first floor all down the hall and all the way up to the 3rd you’ll notice Lumos illuminated cylinders.
Denver International Airport
This airport is right in our very own city and backyard, it’s an honor to be a part of something of this magnitude so close to home. Southwest Terminal C expansion comes to life with our RM93 illuminated blade series running across the concourse in continuous rows.
Princeton Forestal Innovation Park
Step into a world of quality at the brand-new Innovation Park that boasts ample amenities for tenants’ conveniences such as food and beverage, dry cleaning, and wellness.
